Delightful agriturismo near Florence surrounded by vineyards
Federico’s lively agriturismo is situated on the main road from the Chianti region to Florence, and is an authentic wine farm with 14 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. The agriturismo has a lovely view of the hills around Florence, and is only 3 miles from the city centre. A bus ride to Florence only takes 20 minutes – the bus stop is very near the agriturismo. Bus tickets can be bought from the proprietor. The property is ideally situated for anyone who wants to discover Florence, but prefers not to spend the nights in the city. After spending a whole day strolling through Florence, all it takes to relax is a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, or a nice drink on the terrace of your apartment.
Wine tasting, playground and golf club
On request and for €8 per person, wine tastings are organized in the agriturismo’s wine cellar. Golf enthusiasts can indulge in a nice game at the Golf Club situated less than a mile from the agriturismo. And children can enjoy themselves in the little playground in the garden of the agriturismo.
The apartments
The agriturismo has six apartments, varying in size to accommodate 2 to 5 people. All apartments have satellite TV, airco and a hair dryer. Some of the apartments have a private garden. Those situated on the first floor also have a seating area in the garden, close to the apartment.
Other facilities and services offered by this agriturismo are: a shared washing machine, wifi, bus service to Florence (timetable and ticket sales in the reception) and a shared BBQ zone.
