Just 3 kilometers from the beach, is this beautiful agriturismo with comfortable and modern rooms and apartments. Nice quiet location between fields and a pine forest, but only a few kilometers from a charming seaside resort. There you will find beautiful beaches, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, a beautiful long promenade and an authentic fishing harbour. Venice can be reached in about an hour and you can go by bus as well as by boat directly to the center of the city, the San Marco square.

 The agriturismo is situated in in the countryside and the entire estate is 250 acres. There is a hiking and cycle trail on the estate of a total of 8 kilometers. The agriturismo has an organic vegetable garden where guests can pick vegetables as desired. Are you the proud owner of a boat, you can moor it in a small marina near the agriturismo.

The rooms with kitchenettes & apartments

The agriturismo consists of two separate farmhouses, a farmhouse with eleven double rooms on a bed and breakfast basis and another farmhouse with comfortable apartments. The rooms are nicely decorated and have satellite TV, air conditioning and wifi. Each room has a kitchenette with fridge, 2 hot plates and crockery and cutlery for 3 people. Extremely convenient for a lunch or simple dinner. Breakfast is served on the veranda by the pool every morning.

In the other farmhouse are several 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning and a balcony or terrace with table and chairs. The apartments on the ground floor also have 2 sunbeds. A monolocale consists of one room with double bed, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and hob and table with chairs. The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have a sofa bed in the living room and 1 or 2 bedrooms. The open kitchen of these apartments have a dishwasher. In the building there is a shared laundry room.

Pool & child friendly

The agriturismo has at each of the two farmhouses a swimming pool, each with Jacuzzi area, which all guests can use. One swimming pool is very child friendly with a shallow end, a slide and inflatable tires. The other pool is perfect for swimming laps. Around both pools are sunbeds, tables and chairs. In addition, the agriturismo has a bar where you can buy snacks, drinks, coffee and ice cream throughout the day. Furthermore, the agriturismo has a ping pong table, a barbecue and you can rent bikes.

Activities

The agriturismo is just 3 km from the beach. There you will find all kinds of water sports like surfing, kite surfing, sailing, canoeing and boat rentals. Also at 3 km is an 18 hole golf course. There is also a riding school nearby and the area is known for its good opportunities for bird watching. The charming beach town is 8 kilometers from the agriturismo and next to shops and restaurants you will also find a vibrant nightlife.
