Charming agriturismo with pool, just 3 km from the beach

This agriturismo is located less than three kilometers from the coast, quietly tucked away among pine trees and fields. At the same time, it’s just a short distance from a lively seaside town with a long promenade, wide beaches, charming cafés, restaurants, shops, and an authentic fishing harbor. Venice is about an hour’s drive away and easily reachable by bus or boat. If you take the boat, you’ll arrive right at St. Mark’s Square.

The agriturismo consists of two separate country houses, each with its own atmosphere. This page is about the house with comfortable apartments (the residence), an ideal place for families who value space and freedom. The second building (nr. 167 on my website) is a B&B-style house with classic double rooms, popular with couples looking for peace and comfort. Plenty of space, nature, and a shared barbecue area

The estate covers an impressive 250 hectares and is beautifully set in the countryside of the Veneto region. The flat surroundings are perfect for cycling and walking. An 8-kilometer path runs through the property, accessible to both walkers and cyclists. Guests are welcome to pick fresh vegetables from the organic garden, and there’s a communal barbecue area with picnic tables for enjoying outdoor meals together. Do you have your own boat? Then you can use the mooring at the small marina next to the agriturismo.

Two pools, bar service, and family-friendly facilities

Both houses have their own swimming pool, each with a jacuzzi area. The pool at the residence is especially family-friendly, with a shallow section, slide, and inflatables. There’s also a small playground. The pool at the B&B house is quieter and more suitable for swimming laps – less ideal for young children. Both pools are surrounded by loungers, tables, and chairs that are available to all guests.

The residence also offers a seasonal bar service where, during the day, you can buy coffee, drinks, snacks, and ice cream. Other amenities include a ping-pong table, a barbecue, and bicycle rental.

Activities in the area

At the beach – less than 3 km away – you’ll find a range of water sports such as surfing, sailing, canoeing, kitesurfing, or renting a boat. There’s also a riding stable nearby. The area is popular with birdwatchers due to the wide variety of bird species. This agriturismo also makes a great base for day trips to cities like Treviso, Vicenza, and Verona.

The center of the nearby seaside town is 8 km away and offers plenty of shops, restaurants, outdoor cafés, and a vibrant nightlife.

The apartments

The residence offers various apartment types: mono, bilo, and trilocali. The monolocale is a single open space with a double bed, a small kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, and hob), and a dining table. The bilocale and trilocale apartments have one or two separate bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living area, and an open kitchen with a dishwasher.

All apartments come with air conditioning, satellite TV, and some have a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture. The ground-floor apartments also have two sun loungers. A shared laundry room is available for guest use.
