Quietly located country house with B&B rooms near the sea

This agriturismo is less than 3 kilometres from the beach, quietly tucked away among pine trees and open fields. At the same time, it’s close to a lively seaside town with a long promenade, beautiful beaches, cosy cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, and an authentic fishing harbour.
Venice is easy to reach in about an hour, whether by car, bus, or boat. The boat even takes you directly to St. Mark’s Square.

 The agriturismo consists of two country houses, each with its own character. On this page, you’ll find more information about the house with 11 classic double rooms – ideal for couples looking for peace and comfort. Families who value freedom and space may prefer the neighbouring house – the residence (no. 166 on my website) – with its comfortable holiday apartments. Space, nature, and shared barbecue area

The estate covers no less than 250 hectares and is beautifully situated in the Veneto countryside. The flat surroundings are perfect for cycling and walking. A scenic 8-kilometre trail runs across the property, suitable for both activities.
There are also some lovely extras, such as a biological vegetable garden where guests are welcome to pick their own produce, and a communal barbecue area with picnic tables.
Do you have your own boat? You can request a mooring spot in the small marina right next to the agriturismo.

Swimming pool, bar service & breakfast

Both houses have their own swimming pool with a jacuzzi area. The pool at the residence is particularly child-friendly, while the pool at the B&B is quieter and ideal for swimming laps – it is less suitable for small children. Around both pools, you’ll find sun loungers, tables, and chairs available for all guests from both houses.

During high season, there’s a bar service offering coffee, drinks, snacks, and ice creams throughout the day. Guests staying in the B&B can also use this bar, which is located at the residence – just a short 5-minute walk across the property.

A communal BBQ and picnic tables are also available, perfect for a relaxed outdoor meal. 

Surroundings & activities

The beach, less than 3 kilometres away, offers plenty of opportunities for water sports such as surfing, sailing, canoeing, kite surfing, and boat rental. There’s also a nearby riding stable for horse lovers. Bird watchers will enjoy this area too, thanks to the wide variety of bird species found here.
The agriturismo also makes a great base for day trips to cities like Treviso, Vicenza, and Verona. The lively coastal town nearby is about 8 kilometres away and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, terraces, and a vibrant nightlife. 

The rooms

The 11 rooms all have a double bed – which can also be arranged as two singles – and a private bathroom. The rooms are simple, functional, and well-maintained. They are equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Some rooms also have a small kitchenette with a fridge, two electric hobs, cutlery, and crockery.

Breakfast is served daily on the terrace by the pool or in a shared breakfast room. There’s also a spacious garden with sun loungers for guests to relax.
